I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I resisted today.. but most of this week I was glued to my bed 🙈 I get that feeling. Is there something that will make going into work and being there a bit easier? @Captain24

Im about to head out to work now @fluffylight. Im just praying that it’s an uneventful night unlike my last 2 shifts. I won’t cope with another dangerous situation. I just have to try and focus on the task at hand. I don’t want to put anyone in danger due to my lack of concentration. It’s not the safest workplace to be in my state of mind.

I hope it is a lighter shift for you, fingers crossed.
You mentioned to your work that you didn't want to be put on night shift anymore, is that still ongoing? @Captain24
