I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I always fail to organise myself on most days and rush out very last min - great you have a salad to go!

Seems work can serve as a distraction for you with all the concentration thats needed

My days been okay. It was those days where my bed becomes magnet but I walked around the block with some music in my ears and felt the sun so thats a positive.

I get those days when your bed is a magnet @fluffylight. It’s good you could resist though. I just made mine and was so desperate to get back in it. I even picked up my phone to call in sick. Im not sure I have the concentration needed tonight.

Dinner sounds yum @Shaz51. I don’t eat scrambled eggs though. I hope you are able to get some well deserved rest tonight. Im thinking of you.
