I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

So I stayed for my full shift it was hard. I did get really tired at around 4 but at least I didn’t fall asleep.

The roads were wet and slippery plus we got more rain. But at least the shift was uneventful apart from a few drifts!

I have come home exhausted, just waiting for my washing to finish then im

off to bed.

I slept really well.

Im feeling a little more confident with work tonight. So I guess that’s a good thing.

It managed to keep me distracted from my thoughts last night. I’m hoping for the same task tonight.

Sorry I’m just to tired to reply to you both.

My shift was awesome. I even stood my ground with one of the bullies. I am a little proud of myself.

Im feeling okish. But I’m really irritable. If anyone says the wrong thing then they certainly know how I feel about it!

Im going to bed to do it all again tonight. One good thing about nightshift is I end up too tired to have any urges. That’s a plus I guess.

I hope that D will spend sometime with you today @Bow. Even if it’s just sitting in the lounge together.

I hope you are getting some sleep at the moment and tonight's shift goes ok.

It sounds like work has been a good distraction for you. That you are getting some reprieve from your head.
