The $2000 is a big cost, are you actually finding the machine helpful though?

It's not overly windy, but not a gentle breeze either. It's nice when the breeze blows through your hair, certain others in my house are enjoying it outside today.

I'm so, so tired, it's really hard to stay awake. I've just put dinner on though so that's at least keeping me busy. One has decided to have butter chicken tonight so 2 meals happening.

I wake up with less of a headache. It’s a big cost though. It has helped a little. I have another appointment on Wednesday with the sleep person.

Ive nearly finished the section I’m doing but I want to go and sort out the garbage bins while it’s still daylight and I still have to have a shower and wash my hair! 😜 I have enjoyed sitting there though. Moreso today as I had most things done and the main part of my house is respectable. Just my room that’s not.

@Captain24 there's a few pictures that I'd love to get done with custom diamond art, so I think I'll try to save up some money and do that.

The 2 dinners took so much out of me, I just did the dishes, just need to do plates and cutlery once everyone is finished.

I've finished 2 sections so far, the round dots are alot quicker. It's been so nice to sit and do diamond art together. You've done so well today to get the kitchen sorted and other things done. I had to do a load when I came back last night. My room is the one that's always done 😂.

I can feel things crashing here but I think it's cos I'm so exhausted (I'm safe).

@Captain24 things just started to feel really heavy, it's been 6 months since my niece took her life in March when she was 18. So many memories have come flooding back and it hurts and brings everything up again 😞. (I'm safe).

I’ve had a shower and washed my hair and I just got out of the bath. Now I’m trying to convince myself to cook dinner. If I hadn’t have put the meat in the fridge to defrost I would t be cooking!

It's definitely hard, it makes that pull to those suicidal thoughts so much stronger when these sort of memories come up (I'm safe). I'm about to do the rest of my dishes and then do bedtime routine.

Maybe contact grief line they might help process a little. You need to do something other than relive it. It affects you too much and you need to look out for yourself

I must admit I mostly have chicken unless I do a roast beef or burgers.

Unfortunately griefline doesn't exist anymore as they merged with sane so no longer offer the phone support. I'll be ok, it just brings everything to the forefront of the thoughts rather than in the background.
