I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

@Captain24 it would be a huge weight off your mind. Are you able to get on the cancellation list for your gp?

I'm working on the _ _ _ 😂. I'm doing my one on the kitchen table, I already did a huge section of my mystery one today so I'm over half way with that one.

I just had my land agent call me!

I can’t with my work and stuff. @MissGremlin I’ll just have to wait. It is a weight off. I’m really hoping this machine works tonight. It’s not as bad as I thought. The machine is quiet, I have a nose mask so it sits under my nostrils and stops air coming in and it pushes air into your nostrils. That feels really weird. I’m not sure how my nose is going to go. That could take a little while to get use to.

Im glad you got some of your mystery one done. You willl get this one finished! I’ve just finished the section I started this morning so now onto a new one. Hopefully I’ll get it done before bed!

@Captain24 I thought about that after I'd pressed reply. Well at least there's an appointment booked. The nose masks are definitely alot better and some of the machines are really quiet. I'm hoping you're able to get used to it as it will hopefully help with your sleep.

Well done for finishing the section you started this morning. I'm close to being half way finished with this one.

Mum said that maybe if I sleep better I may eat a little better as I won’t be so tired and looking for that sugar rush to boost me. @MissGremlin

You are getting there! It’ll happen. I’ll hav time to do some with you tomorrow but then I’m at work for the next 2 days and 3 nights! Not sure what I will be doing though. Maybe I’ll be able to see you a bit on nights. Hopefully not though as hopefully you will be sleeping!

@Captain24 that's true, also your digestive system will be working better aswell. I struggle with mine cos I don't get enough sleep so my food doesn't digest properly.

Yes I'm getting there, just very slowly. Hoping that whatever you're doing isn't too boring.

Maybe.. maybe this sleep machine is the kick start I need! @MissGremlin On about 6 months I could be a new person. Healthier and look better. More confident in my body eating better, sleeping well and hopefully keeping my mental health intact through it all!

It makes it harder to do when you really aren’t into it. I seem to go slower!

@Captain24 I'm truly hoping that this is the start of things really improving in many aspects for you sweet, I'm cheering you on from the sidelines!

I love the picture of this one so I'm keen to do it, it's just the oddly shaped square that's annoying me 😂
