I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

You don’t have to sit with anything @MissGremlin I may not be able to help but I am able to listen. I’ve learnt a lot about you and your life recently so I’m sure there are plenty of times you need to get things out. We just nave to meet at the exact same time to delete.

But I’m always here for you.

My post this morning was really good to get out but I was really close to guidelines. So had to be careful. What you have just said is not even close to guidelines and I’m sure you are not the only one that feels that way. At times or all the time. You are not alone.

My post (poem) the other day breached guidelines so I got in trouble for that. But the new trigger warning set up is messed up, even the mods are having issues with it.

I don’t think you can put a trigger box from your phone. My post this morning had a few boxes! @MissGremlin i think it was a struggle to do it

If she is a good friend it won’t. She may be able to put herself in your shoes like it did @MissGremlin She may feel guilty herself as she can do it but you can’t. Like how I feel about all my supports.

I wouldn’t stress too much about it. If I does ruin your friendship then she isn’t worth your time. That’s not how friendships work.

That’s a good friend @MissGremlin She really cares about you. You haven’t hurt her at all by telling her how you feel.

Im guessing I should stop doing my diamond art soon and sort out something for dinner. I guess I’ll have pasta and cheese while I can. Before everyone starts dictating what I can and can’t eat and not everyone on the same page. This is still getting me really down.
