I can’t cope

Hi. I’m new and have never been in anything like this before.
I’m really struggling with depression at the moment and just need a place to vent.
there is no reason as to why I feel this way. I just hate myself and feel like I’m an unworthy and useless person. I don’t have a partner or many friends. I feel like I keep pushing them away when I’m down. I’m just not worthy of them. I hate life and just wish I would go to sleep and not wake up. I feel so much emotional pain inside but numb at the same time. None of this makes any sense but it just how I feel.

I’ve not done much of anything either @Captain24 …. not that there is much to do. I feel flat today too. Irritated and annoyed.

they just put my feeds up again too and I’m really not ok with it

I need to talk but don’t know what to say. I feel the need to cry but can’t. I don’t know what I want and I don’t know what I need. I’m just falling badly.

As for the mexican, I heated it, then added baby spinach on top. Heated it again, then it was delicious. I just buy the packet of baby spinach so I can either cook it or have it fresh. I prefer it cooked. It has this sweet taste to it.

I usually through the spinach in a salad. @tyme

I actually rang my best friend today. It has been a few months since we have talked. So it was really good. The only thing is it made us both realise how much we miss each other.

Then I took Pix for a walk and haven’t left the lounge since.
