Late yesterday afternoon I struggled really badly. I had to reach out to stay safe. They helped to understand that I was mentally and emotionally exhausted from being so overwhelmed the night before.

I went to bed at 7:30 last night to remain safe and have only just gotten up. I don’t feel quite so overwhelmed at the moment.

@Captain24 Mum bought me in a diamond art today. Picture of some sunflowers and a hot air balloon.

That’s awesome @Bow . It starts off tedious but it does become quite therapeutic. I actually did some at lunchtime for the first time in ages.

I'm thinking of getting one custom made. But I'm thinking it would have to be a large one for a photo to come out properly.

With the diamond art, I'm waiting to hear how you approach it. We found out that @Captain24 and I tackle it differently. I really curious to find out how your brain tells you to do it.

That’s the size the last custom one was that I did. They say you get more detail the larger you go. I guess it depends on the photo.

I couldn’t focus to do much of my rosella one today but at least it was some.

Why I think I need to order a larger one, is that I have a small lighthouse one- it doesn't even look like a lighthouse because it is so small.

Hence, I'm thinking a need one with a clear contrast of colours. Like my palm tree one. The trees are in dark grey/black, while the background is bright. Hence the contrast makes the trees really stand out.

I'm going to do some research into it.

It should look cute and if I recover I will always have it on my wall to remind me of how far I came.
