I'm not good at socialising..... or shall I say, I don't like socialising.

Actually no i dont like socialising too much @tyme , a little bit is OK

I don't like socialising at all @Shaz51 .

But looking from the outside, no one would know that I don't like socialising.

People think I thrive on it and love socialising - but I actually hate it and inside there's a lot of anxiety.

@Shaz51 - That's why I push myself to get out. I know that if I don't keep doing it, I'll do it less and less which ultimately won't be good for me in the future.

That is why sometimes as a carer , we can fall into that which is no good for us either

And someone close said to me that me being mentally and emotionally abused by my father when I was young has affected me within!!!
