My aircon blasted all day today - never know when to turn it on and now wandering if i should turn it off to save the money!! It was hot today

i went to see a movie which was a little triggering, but i wanted to get out and do something. my support worker found out i was going and offered to come with but i went alone . tbh i enjoy going alone 😉 used to it now. maybe in future i'll get used to having people with me, too.

My support worker and I went shopping. She wants to come on wednesdays and i have another guy who also wants wednesdasy. I dont even know what i say yes to sometimes in the moment. Luckily I do have a good (great!!!) suppor coordiantor who is a blessing and gets them all in order.

My support workers feel like friends at time - but I'm a cuatious person, and don't always know how much to let them in.

My most regular one is quite sweet. Her name is Leo.

Had an okayish day. It was a bit of a BPD day though and a lot of BPD anger. I was angry at everything. Angry at the world. .... and yes, I lashed out and said things I now regret....

The joys of BPD.

I'm not going to think about it too much tonight, but when I have time, I'd like to unpack today a little and work on some of it with a therapist or someone....

I'm glad you have support workers who you can hang out with. Sounds like you have the support you need right now.

And yes, it WAS hot today!!!

I'm sorry that your computer konked out and you are now typing one-finger on your tablet...

I can't even get the forums to load properly on ipads and iphones... this is something I've flagged with our tech experts. They are looking into it. Frustrating!!!

hi @tyme to disclose my own BPD stuff I get very upset at NDIS providers who try and charge me for servicces not rendered, and regularly fire them all. fun!!

my new coordinator gaev me a tip to just say "no" to most things offered, because sometimes i am offered when i'm vulnerable and then end up being charged when i rethink it. I was charged 3600 for a holiday i cancelled a week before for NDIS respite. It makes me angry and I fight with them. Great for me!

I am sorry you had a hard day and hope you can be kind to y ourself, that you were trying to express a need. x

It was agreed upon that I'd leave afger a week and I left not needing more as I'd recovered pretty well !

So left in good spirits
