Was thinking tabouli other day not seen in shops for a while . Parsley so healthy. Will look. Also need to do own sprouts ie get seeds and grow them. Uber healthy. Very good for kidneys. Been thinking 5 years now get small herb garden and done nothing Hmm. Also need to get onto green tea (w jasmine to make drinkable)

Ha ha @Shaz51 Yesterday I finished last piece of burgen dark bread with cocoapeanutbutter. Today I am on brie, dried tomato on ryvita. We are having less carbs.
Only tried I container of shakes ... alright .. but prefer real ffood.

Swimming is great, but
