Yeah fruit and veg is your friend @TAB My body feels it if I don't have enough! I've seen a dietician and followed all their advice to the letter and lost no weight. Its these meds unfortunately. There are so many basic meals you can make that aren't rocket science. Also using a slow cooker takes the effort out of cooking - you throw what you need to cook, set it in the morning and come home to a cooked meal instead of having to think about it.

when I saw dietician they suggested frozen meals for me @Former-Member I do it ocasionally, some are rated better than others, some need cup of veg in addition, sometimes I do than instead of getting takeaways if feel i need something in a hurry, plus even if rest of day has not been brilliant, make sure have had lean protein (100g can tuna cheap at big supermarkets) and couple sticks celery and few lettuce leaves if nothing else

I have some frozen meals on standby but the main frozen stuff is the salmon fillets. I have the same issue as you not feeling like cooking from time to time. I have checked the frozen meals and they were high in salt so don't know if you were aware of that. Maybe the dietician was able to recommend lower salt varieties. But I am at the stage where I am tired of cooking!!! @TAB
