Bored of it

I'm bored of feeling like this. I don't want to go to hospital and I don't want to have to change even more things. I'm sick of being overlooked. I'm sick of being bored. I'm sick of compulsive spending on stupid apps because it distracts me

Feeling fearful

I can feel depression looming again. I’m doubting myself and reading in between the lines with what people say. I have bipolar disorder and am studying at home mum of two boys. I’m letting so much get to me. Fears doubts and regrets about my life.

Today is one of those perfect autumn days. Clear skies, light breeze, not too cold and not too hot. The sort of days that many say that you feel good to be alive. I am away from home in a room with a view. The beach is close.
