My therapist...

...is amazing! Been seeing him for a year and a half, tonight though, I can say I trust him. I told him about stuff from my youth that I haven't told anyone. I'm ecstatic and terrified at the same time.

When does it get better?

Hi, things have been not good for me and I can't see an end to any of it. Would anyone mind sharing if you've felt this way, and eventually found yourself happier than you thought you'd be? Thanks 🙂
