My therapist...
...is amazing! Been seeing him for a year and a half, tonight though, I can say I trust him. I told him about stuff from my youth that I haven't told anyone. I'm ecstatic and terrified at the same time.

Trust is so important when disclosing such sensitive information to anyone @Lemonjuice - so glad you have found that with your therapist

That's great to hear @Lemonjuice, I can see how it would be terrifying and making you feel ecstatic at the same time, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to share that with someone when you have never done so before. Hope you are taking it easy today.

He's my eighth therapist, the first few were either unethical/unprofessional or I was not ready. The last two have been wonderful but one had to leave and now I am blessed with this one.
