Something’s not right

I was at work earlier today and it was quiet in the shop...

there was one customer an old senior bloke probably over 60...

he said that it was quiet and 'I bet you are enjoying this' or something like that

......the way he said it didn't sound very encouraging and I was annoyed but I let it

'go through to the keeper'....

I'm not sure why he said it ...was he trying to tell me something?

I can't understand why people need to make these strange comments when they are

at the counter...so what if it is quiet? I am sure he has experienced it before ..

And if it is quiet isn't that a good thing we should be grateful for?

Some people are strange ..they can't expect it to be busy all the time - how are

we going to breathe?

@jamesle2015omg, agoraphobia must be hell for you at times my friend, I have been doing some research into agoraphobia and most successful treatment other then medication is exposure Therapy and CBT( Cognitive behaviour Therapy). As I mentioned in my last reply that my experience with CBT was life changing, it was like I was lock in a dark room for more than half my life and CBT gave me the key to unlock that room. I have so much respect of what you have gone through with agoraphobia. Ask your psych about these Therapies and weather they are a good option for you. There is hope out there for you my friend you and freedom for a full and happy life awaits you, so don't give , because everything will be fine in the end and if it isn't it's not it is not the end.
