Having a hard time

Hiya,

Things have been really hard of recent I've been in and out of hospital for my physical and mental health, things just seem to be getting harder. Days are getting longer.
I've been getting changes in my support team... Things are becoming new again, more supports because of my SI attempts *Im safe*


My physical health is declining causing me to be in and out of hospital more.

I'm trying to stay strong but it's hard, things keep going upside down when I'm sort of getting better.

I just wish it could be eaiser not harder. I'm over going to and from hospital.

I've been disassociating a lot, finding it really hard to stay present, when I can stay present it isn't for long. I just wish I could be better.

I'm safe 🦋

It is gorgeous. Sea glass is so beautiful. I have often shown my kids at school sea glass beaches. It is sad to think so many people dump glass (and everything else) into our oceans but the upside is beautiful sea glass. @Fluttershy1

Today has started off not a good day for me, I find Mother's Day a very hard day due to several things, my family doesn't understand neither does MH triage. I feel so emotional and lost, I feel alone. My thoughts are racing and I don't have anyone that I feel comfortable with to tell them what is going on.

I just wish it was eaiser.

I'm sorry the day has started not great for you.

Mothers Day can be very hard for some of us. I find it a very triggering and hard day too.

I hope you feel comfortable enough on here. I am around for a bit if you need to chat to someone.

Is there something you can do for yourself today to try and help a bit.

I know it won't take away the pain but it might just make the day go faster.

I have just had a shower, sitting down for a cuppa and watching a movie as some self care.

Would you like to join me?
