Something’s not right

Having a hard time

Having a hard time

Hiya,

Things have been really hard of recent I've been in and out of hospital for my physical and mental health, things just seem to be getting harder. Days are getting longer.
I've been getting changes in my support team... Things are becoming new again, more supports because of my SI attempts *Im safe*

My physical health is declining causing me to be in and out of hospital more.

I'm trying to stay strong but it's hard, things keep going upside down when I'm sort of getting better.

I just wish it could be eaiser not harder. I'm over going to and from hospital.

I've been disassociating a lot, finding it really hard to stay present, when I can stay present it isn't for long. I just wish I could be better.

I'm safe 🦋

@Snowie - not doing so well today. Got a new diagnosis yesterday from my GP and I don't know how to accept it

Re: Having a hard time

That sounds tough hon, getting a new diagnosis from your gp @Fluttershy1

I hope they know what they are talking about and have explained it to you. If not perhaps you need to make another appointment with them sweetie.

Here for you 💕

Re: Having a hard time

@Snowie - gotta make another appointment for it. It's about the abdo pain they think it is IBD

Re: Having a hard time

Sorry @Fluttershy1 had to go pick up S.

Home now.

That doesn't sound good hon, but hopefully they can get to the bottom of it and at least you know what is wrong. Hoping with a diagnosis they can treat the pain too hon.

Yes I can stay and chat now @Fluttershy1

No doubt it is really scaring you hon, I think anyone in your position would be worried.

Re: Having a hard time

@Snowie - my family are not being understanding about it either. They are just like it's nothing it's not IBD when it is. They think I'm lying and faking everything.

Re: Having a hard time

That must be hard for you then hon @Fluttershy1

Sometimes it is so hard to get family to understand us.

I'm sorry they don't believe you sweetie.

Can you do something for yourself today?

Ohhh that sounds good @Fluttershy1

Something to keep your hands and mind busy.

I feel like a taxi today, running the kids to and from parties and work!
