Having a hard time

Hiya,

Things have been really hard of recent I've been in and out of hospital for my physical and mental health, things just seem to be getting harder. Days are getting longer.
I've been getting changes in my support team... Things are becoming new again, more supports because of my SI attempts *Im safe*

My physical health is declining causing me to be in and out of hospital more.

I'm trying to stay strong but it's hard, things keep going upside down when I'm sort of getting better.

I just wish it could be eaiser not harder. I'm over going to and from hospital.

I've been disassociating a lot, finding it really hard to stay present, when I can stay present it isn't for long. I just wish I could be better.

@Fluttershy1, normally we let them take the front at night after Mr 8 is in bed, partner keeps an eye on them but mostly just watch Disney or play Minecraft.

Things are still rough, everyone is practically relying on me to do everything when I have my own problems. I feel so stuck.....

Family are just not being supportive at all. I'm trying to act like everything is okay when it really isn't.

I am so sorry your family is giving you such a hard time hun and that you are not receiving the support you need. I can tell you that I completely know where you are coming from and what it feels like because my family is the same. No one understands and I get yelled at and berated all the time. Just makes you feel more alone then ever. Just remember you have lots of people here that love, care and support you 100%. I know it is not quite the same when you have so much going on irl but it's something to hold on to.

Things are abit rough at the moment, got another diagnosis from the doctor which I'm really quite shocked about and I don't know which way to take it at the moment.

Family are just judging me and practically just telling me I'm independent I need to start doing things myself which I do. They cracked it over my shopping day yesterday with my boyfriend. They are also telling me that my physical health is fine when it's not... I just don't know what to do about this whole family issues...

My MH isn't so great at the moment either so I'm putting a everything is okay face on when really it isn't my whole world is crumbling on the inside. They just think I'm one happy person when I'm actually struggling. I've tried opening up to people before and it has never gone good.
