Moving forward

As Monday looms I have been trying to work out how to move forward. Today I started collecting things for my coping box (thanks @Crazy_Bug_Lady). I bought some of my fave chocolates to put in and have been gathering bits and pieces. Happy for any other suggestions as to what to put in. I think I may need one for the car too. I'm thinking I may copy some pieces of wisdom from this forum and print them up to add in.

I'm hoping that I get to write more on this thread than the struggle thread as time goes by. Please feel free to add how you are moving forward as well. 💜😊

Sorry @Former-Member & @Former-Member sos was probably an exaggeration. Perhaps dilemma stopping me from leaving the house is more appropriate. And it's stupid and I don't know what to do at the moment.

Dilemma?? what do you mean? Why are bags packed? Is it like an agoraphobia thing or you just want to escape and don't know where to go? I'm guessing. Come here & have a hug my friend. Just say, F&H will jump in any kin I'm sure

Can't believe I'm doing this but here goes because I'm stuck. My son is away. His girlfriend may be bringing a guy back here tonight to sleep. She's admitted she's had a crush on him in the past. I want to trust her but I'm scared to leave to in case anything happens. I don't know if I do trust her though. She asked my permission and I said yes but I was meant to be home. Then the arrangement changed and I'm now going but feeling freaked out. I know this is so dumb but it's got me workedup. I know it's an alcohol fuelled night and they are hitting the clubs first. Heads up I'll have to delete this post after incase she sees it @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member @Former-Member
