Moving forward

As Monday looms I have been trying to work out how to move forward. Today I started collecting things for my coping box (thanks @Crazy_Bug_Lady). I bought some of my fave chocolates to put in and have been gathering bits and pieces. Happy for any other suggestions as to what to put in. I think I may need one for the car too. I'm thinking I may copy some pieces of wisdom from this forum and print them up to add in.

I'm hoping that I get to write more on this thread than the struggle thread as time goes by. Please feel free to add how you are moving forward as well. 💜😊

Just wanted to share a few wins for a change. This week I haven't had any SI for the first time in maybe 6 months. I only had a few small urges to SH. I am feeling so incredibly grateful for the support I've had to get me here which is a really small step. It's the first week I can tick the basics everyday - shower, medication and food. It's the first week I've spent more than 6 hours out of bed everyday and most days more than that. Managed a walk 4 times. I have been extremely dysfunctional all this year and still am but I can now ✅ one week where I've moved forward. Of course I've now messaged my therapist wanting to leap to the next set of goals but surprisingly😜 she wants us to capitalise on this rather than have me bolting and failing the next step. I hope everyone is well. 💜😊

@Faith-and-Hope I would like to credit some of the above to you who definately has magical motivation powers to help me see forwards when I'm falling backwards. I know I have such a long way to go, but thanks so much for helping me get this far 💜💜💜💐💐💐

I want to also mention everyone else who inspires me on here but I'm so afraid that I'll leave someone out past or present, but to those who share your stories, thank you so much, you have all helped me 💜💜💜💐💐💐

Thank you for the personal acknowledgement .... that's really lovely to be able to pass on things that work for me and have them work for others too - a tribute to my special mum, as @Former-Member said .....

You're growing into your powers too @Former-Member .... and mark my words .... your struggles and the helping hand you offer others behind you as a result of them will be their own shining light in turn .....

Listen to your therapist .... consolidate as you go .... maybe make a bit of a differentiation ..... progress week then consolidation week/s ....

@Former-Member. I'm doing really well. Still not getting my walking in, but eating healthier and just allround ffeeling calm.
