wasnt as bad as i had anticipated @hanami @Snowie @Captain24 she could see how much i have been struggling and that i was not able to met any of the goals we set last time. she asked if i felt ready to increase my intake and i said no.

We then talked about having a case conference with everyone on my support team and we discussed what needed to be talked about. Was good to be able to raise the things that are helpful and not helpful and she is really going to advocate for weekly psychological support.

No new goals were set, other than to take advantage of the school holidays and spending time with my daughter. I tend to find it a bit easy to take care of myself when she is around, especially when we are going out.

I had bloods and an ultrasound this morning, just finished with my dietitan and now I am off to see my case manager- lets see how this one goes......
