It's understandable that you're feeling so lost @Bow. Even though all lives end, and even though you may not believe me - the world would be a sadder place without you in it. Keep reaching out, you're not alone in this.

Your right, yet so very wrong jynx. The burden I constantly bring will soon be gone.
I asked for help yesterday, told them I can't do it anymore but it fell on deaf ears.

I'm sitting with you this evening @Bow and doing all I can to try and help keep you safe. But you need to try too sweetie. 💝

@Bow it's so hard when your pain is ignored. No one should have to feel that way, yet so many do, especially with how mental health issues are perceived and treated.

It might be a good time to look at accessing crisis services @Bow, much of what you're saying is pretty concerning and you deserve to be able to talk this through with someone. I will flick you an email as well, and I encourage you to have a think about what small steps you might be able to take to keep yourself safe this afternoon.
