@Snowie nah. I won’t get to see my daughter tomorrow. She goes to her fathers after school tomorrow. But she is home all weekend, so I will go home Saturday and Sunday afternoon to spend time with her.

Even a tiny bit is better than nothing @Bow

Glad you get to spend the weekend with D. She will be happy to see you.

@Snowie Oh he mentioned that she had said that I was now allowed out for on leave for a little while. I didn’t respond to him. Got nothing to do with him.

Have you got many plans for tomorrow?

Nah no plans tomorrow @Snowie just the usual groups in the morning and then probably some painting in the afternoon. Maybe I’ll get to the gym!

@creative_writer no real plans for the weekend with my daughter. We will probably go to shops and have afternoon tea.

Hopefully the groups are on good topics. When I was in I found some of them really helpful but some were triggering too. I guess it just depends on what they are about.

Feeling a fair bit blah tonight. I had prn earlier cause I allowed myself to get too caught up in the conversation at dinner time, and have just had my meds.

tomorrows groups are on anxiety and then panic and urge surfing.

just had a chai….. they have a fancy push button coffee machine here. Sometimes I have a hot chocolate, but felt like a chai tonight.

I’ve written in my journal…. Have kept doing it every night @Snowie
