Made myself go to groups this morning…. And then this afternoon I crawled into bed and that’s where I have stayed @Snowie

Well done for going to groups this morning @Bow I know how hard that is sometimes just to get the motivation to go.

Bed sounds like a nice option for this afternoon.

I am ok. Spent this afternoon in bed too since sleep wasn't happening last night.

Picked the kids up from school and just changed back into my pj's!!

Wanna talk with my pdoc. I want to see if he will let me restart my nightmares medication. My regular pdoc stopped them last year cause i misused them. My nurse for today just came in and asked how I was doing, told him I’m not having such a good day and explained why. He suggested the nightmare meds too.

my pdoc is in tomorrow I think.

I hope that you can talk to the pdoc tomorrow @Bow and get put back on the medication.

Hoping ECT went ok for you this morning @Bow and that your pdoc comes in for a visit today.

Yep ECT went well @Snowie they kept me in recovery for ages this morning. I was wide awake and ready to go. Straight into the shower when I got back to my room and off to groups.
groups this morning were on perfectionism…. Interesting discussion.

It is good that you are still making it to groups on ECT days.
