She knows that I am coming home for a visit @Snowie just don’t think she knows what time. So it will be nice to be home in time for school pick up.

How is your body feeling after ECT yesterday?

Oh I hope I get to see her big smile as she runs up to me at the end of the day too @Snowie !

I just gave my case manager a call. Hadn’t spoken to her since I moved here. She will come visit one day next week.

my body isn’t as sore today @Snowie but I can still feel it, so will still have a massage this afternoon. We just had morning break so I got myself organised so I can go as soon as we have finished groups.

That's good if your CM can come and see you whilst you are in hospital. Least you will have someone you already know.

A massage sounds good. They do really help.

I haven't got much on today. Just done some washing and ironing. Speak to my pdoc via phone this afternoon. I want to ask for an increase in prn or try something else. I don't think the dose I am on is really helping. Few other things to discuss with him too.

Hopefully your pdoc will allow you to increase your prn dose @Snowie i don’t really ask for prn much cause it really doesn’t do anything for me. Maybe I should ask for an increase.

I'm hoping so @Bow I'm trying to do it the right way by asking him.

I had a nice afternoon out. Went and had a massage, I don’t know if it feels worse now though!?
And then I went home. Was home in time to pick my daughter up from school which was really nice. We didn’t really do much, just hung out.

Sometimes just hanging out together is enough @Bow I'm sure D loved the time with you.

I’m so glad you had a good afternoon @Bow and were able to pick her up. Massages always feel better the next day or so.
