glad treatment went ok. Hope you can have a rest this afternoon.

ive just dragged myself out of the house and have taken my daughter out for lunch. Promised her a special treat before she starts school next week. I wish we could of done lots of special treats these last couple of weeks, but she has enjoyed today.

she is just enjoying a donut now.

And comms did call me back.

im not sure how to get through tonight. my anxiety is out of control. sitting here crying. i cant do tomorrow. i cant. i want to hurt.

Hey @Bow... sitting here with you. Sounds like everything is super exhausting and overwhelming, and that you're just done with today, but also dreading tomorrow. Makes sense that you're feeling like this. It might help to try to focus on something to help alleviate these urges to harm, if you can.
