No one has the right to make such comments hon. No one has the right to make you feel that way.

But there is a reason you went to that appointment today, there is a reason for reaching out on here and writing this post. It is because you want to better yourself, to improve your mental health, and maybe most importantly, be the mother that your daughter deserves. She is lucky to have you, to have someone fighting not only for yourself but for her too. You show so much strength and courage, not only for yourself but for her too.

There are many reasons why your daughter is lucky to have you. That you stand up for yourself, you fight the demons and you make sure that she has the life we so deserved. So you can say you are a terrible mother, but all I see is a mother who is courageous, who will stand up for what you believe in and you keep fighting this immensely hard fight. She deserves YOU 💗

I really have no hope left. He made no real attempt to help with my sleep. And ECT probably won’t be an option going by what he said. I got nothing left to fight with. I’m so exhausted.
