I seem to switch between a really good nights sleep or a really bad night. Nothing in between 😏🤦‍♀️

Hopefully community mh stop by. You deserve to have that support.

Have you started your painting @Snowie ? (Hope you don’t feel like I’m nagging?! Just interested 🙂 ) What’s it a picture of? I have a couple of Kmart paint by numbers here too, backups incase I run out of my custom ones, I think they are all plant ones though 🙂

Haven't started yet @Bow Been up the shops, done some ironing and cuddles with the dog!

It is a retro flowers one. Not sure how it will turn out but at least it will keep my hands busy, which is really what I need it for.

I also brought a colouring canvas just in case the paint by numbers doesn't help.

Kmart have so many good little projects you can get now and they are cheap too, which is really good.

Sounds nice @Snowie Kmart do have some great arts and craft stuff. I do like Kmart- got a few vouchers for my birthday too.

I’ve just finished painting for the afternoon. Light isn’t any good now.
community mh didn’t come. Shame. Could really of done with the check in. My thoughts have been bad this afternoon. Painting keeps my hands busy, but not my mind.

I find keeping my hands busy good, but you are right, it doesn't keep our mind busy.

Can you try journalling? I have done some today already and it has helped a little. I will probably do some more tonight.

I’m not good at journaling @Snowie unless it’s something specific that I need to get out and write about, something that I need to tell my psychologist.

@Bow I think we are all different hon. Something that helps someone else might not help us. That is completely normal. I think it is about finding things that helps us.

Oh I wish I was good at journaling @Snowie ! I literally have a cupboard full of empty journals! I do make use of a therapy journal though, but I don’t write every day, so a journal lasts me a while. I’m about due to start a new one, so might do that with my new psychologist.
