It was recommended that I take time out @Bow I just come on to stop email notifications.

I’ve had my daughter home sick today. She was vomiting earlier and now she has a high temp. She’s currently curled up on the couch asleep.

I had a really good chat with my psychologist on the phone today. I umm’d and aahh’d about whether to share with her what I wrote last night, but decided not to share it over the phone. Didn’t wanna open too much up over the phone. But I did tell her that the abuser has been very loud and constant. I explained to her that I did write something though and told her that I needed to better express myself as ‘I hate myself’ doesn’t feel sufficient enough.

She has challenged me to journal something every day from my healthy adult self. Could be just a word, or even ‘my psychologist would say..’ or a full page.
Sitting here thinking about it now… and it feels so impossible.
