Nothing a chat can solve or make better @tyme nothing anyone can really do. Lotsa trauma stuff. Flashbacks and dissociation. I’m tired. Exhausted really.

Oh @tyme there is so much you do not know, you do not understand. I made choices. Made decisions that resulted in what happened. I should not take up space for people that actually need it.

@Bow I think I know what you are talking about.

You are not taking up space. You are a survivor too and struggling with it.

Also @Bow I just wanted to add I ‘get it’ Im a survivor too.

It sounds like you bear this on yourself as though it was your fault? @Bow .

Abuse is by no means the victim's 'fault'. Abuse is NOT acceptable. Any form of abuse.

You are not taking up space. You are important to many. You have so many incredible qualities which I have seen glimpses of on the forums.

As @Captain24 mentioned, you are a survivor.
