Complain all you like @Bow. You can’t really say it to them but we can listen.

Because we live in the middle of nowhere with no public transport there is a group of volunteer community drivers that help to drive people to appointments. Whether it’s in town or to specialist to the towns 2 hrs away or to Sydney which is 4 hrs away. Is there anything like that we’re you are that may be able to relieve some of the pressure?

You need to be able look after yourself and your MH to be there for your folks.

Feeling so incredibly depressed

got daughter off to school this morning and then had a visit from case manager and then went back to bed and slept for 3 hrs. Struggled to get back up. Have been wanting to go back to bed all afternoon. Once daughter is in bed soon I will go myself.
