My Mosaic

I am trying to (just this week) be more organised and use the slow cooker. I don't like cooking so this may be an easy option. I have had tuscan meatballs in there today. I cheated and bought a recipe base and added minimal ingredients 😂.

I never shop at Aldi. My son is in a wheelchair so I can't push a trolley with him. I do click and collect and it limits my experimentation because I don't even know where to search for things on the website! I will be going tomorrow for just quesadillas though. That I can manage. I love Mexican and spice. I shouted my Mum a burrito today, she'd never had one 😯

Are you guys maybe going to watch some tellie? What does your daughter like? @Bow

Oh anything to make cooking easier I’ll give the thumbs up @Former-Member! I like to cook…. Sometimes. Just hate the planning …. Making sure I have everything and then the cleaning up afterwards! We use the slow cooker too… a lot in winter.

i love Mexican too… and spice! I’ve been to India and love a good Indian curry also. We have a New Mexican shop opening soon at my local shops, I think it will be popular.

yep, a bit of tv tonight. Daughter is currently on my iPad while she eats her ice cream. I like to watch home and away… and Thursdays there are often 3 episodes, so I’ll settle on the couch soon.

I don't think I have ever watched Home and Away!! I was a Neighbours girl when I was younger though. Is that still running?

Mexican cuisine always seems to be a hit! India must have been amazing, I would love to go one day!

Maybe you could share your couch with @Captain24? They are looking for place to chill.... well they might even be your entertainment with some dancing??

just got home. Mum was moved to a ward- which is good, but meant I had to leave. She seems ok, just a little bit of pain still. She will have further tests tomorrow.

my step dad isn’t coping very well. His very unwell still (terminal), and he is scared that she will go before him.

i need to pull myself together, my family need me well now.
