Because you did what you did, let’s punish you by reducing some of your meds and stopping some others.

i walked out of my pdoc appointment, they can all go get f;cked. Reducing my night meds so I don’t sleep. Completely stopping my nightmare and flashback meds so I can’t get through the day. Screw meds all together

let me get to a state where I wanna k;!! myself even more

Did they give you any of their reasons for reducing and stopping your meds?

Not really @NatureLover nothing other than to reduce the risk of oding. But I can’t even do that. My meds are delievered every 3 days now, stored in the safe and mum watches me take them.

they don’t trust me. They want to punish me. Break me. They are all out to make me suffer.

I’m not ok. Makes me think of other ways. I feel desperate. And I got no one I can turn to

Just wanted to reach out to you since you're going through such a rough time atm. I get the sense that you are understandably feeling incredibly disempowered by this situation.

Your treating team is wanting to do whats best for you of course, though perhaps it feels a little extreme, or unnecessary for you at this time. And change is always hard when you're already struggling so much.

I can hear that you really are feeling quite beat down by this and really struggling with suicidal thoughts. We are here to hold you and sit with you as much as we can. It is also important that you decide if it might be time to step away from the forums and turn to one of your crisis supports. And we will of course always be here for you when you get back 💜
