Something’s not right

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

That’s the sad thing isn’t @tyme they aren’t therapeutic and therefore arent the most helpful places. But they all should be.

Re: My Mosaic

Yes @Bow . I really don't know what else I can say. It breaks my heart.

Nothing else is needed to be said. I think the dr that said them words yesterday said them without really thinking about what he was saying. In an ideal world a therapeutic psych ward would be helpful for me and my ED. But psych wards aren’t. And they just wanna get rid of me from the medical ward.

how was your day anyways @tyme??

Re: My Mosaic

My day was okay @Bow . I did go out today and went for a walk, but I had an upset in the evening and I did get very very angry - to the point of bursting into tears...

I haven't cried in a long time. I'm so much of a crier. But I was so upset that I really needed to get it out.

Anyway, after some deep breathing, and some defusion techniques, I am feeling better now.

Thank you for asking 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

I’ve had a couple of cries today. They can be good. I don’t do it often

sorry about your upset @tyme

Re: My Mosaic

Thank you my dear @Bow .

We can share our cries from today, and also share our triumphs @Bow .

I don't want this upset to pull me down. The reason I'm sharing this is not for sympathy, but for others to know that even though I work as a peer support worker, I still have ups and downs. I am not invincible to feelings.

My ups and downs remind me and others that I am also human.

Thank you @Bow - I think tonight I sort of needed your encouragement too 🙂 Thank you for being there for me.

I want to be there for you too.

Re: My Mosaic

Well the mh guy that I seen yesterday and said that he would start my meds back up again last night lied. They weren’t started. Nurses had no idea what I was talking about. So I had another extremely sleepless night. Plus, I had bags of IV potassium which was so painful. I sat watching call the midwife at ridiculous hours as some kind of distraction from the potassium pain.

I’m so extremely tired. Headachey from lack of sleep and now have to face yet again another long day in here. I’m frustrated. I wanna go home.
