My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

Webster packs are good @Bow (for me anyway). I'm more than capable, but I still need my meds webster packed. It gets delivered to my house once a fortnight. Meh? I was angry at the beginning and accused my CM of taking control away from me. In the end, I gave in, and it's been the best thing ever! I don't need to worry about meds at all. I don't even see scripts. The pharmacy liaises with the doctor.

Give it a go. Any change is always hard, but as you've said many times before, you can't continue living the way you are.

You're not the first to have this happen, and you're not the last. Give yourself a chance.

Exactly. Just something else I don’t have any control over.

doesn’t matter anyway

Re: My Mosaic

Sorry it’s still so hard for you @Bow and you feel like you’re losing control.

My psych made the pharmacy keep my scripts but gave me the whole 3 boxes of meds. I feel like it’s temptation having them all here. I feel I need to remove the temptation. Maybe Webster packs might be beneficial.

I always though webster packs were for old people @Captain24 @Bow - I was so resistant to having them. Looking back, I'm a bit ashamed I carried on about it. It's been the best things ever... unfortunately, even with the dates and times on the webster packs, I still forget to take them sometimes. I've also taken the night meds instead of morning meds because I do it so habitually - I need to be more mindful when taking meds.

Thank you @NatureLover i really do appreciate you stopping by each morning and your well wishes 💕

how are you doing??

I'm doing OK thanks @Bow . Battling some S.A.D. depression but nothing like it used to be, thanks to my therapy light box. Haven't missed work this winter because of it yet! Amazing.

I'm sorry things are so bleak for you 😞 Do you think you'll take a hospital admission early next week? I know you have commitments this weekend... Either way will be thinking of you and sending wishes for what you need, when you need it... 💜

im really not sure about an admission. I wish life wasn’t other wise so busy and having so many responsibilities. I have an oncologist check up this week too, on Thursday. It was rescheduled from July and because there were things on my scan, I need to go. 😩

Re: My Mosaic

Hey @Bow - I think it's an answer we both know deep down. I've been there. I know how much it hurt. I can still feel the hurt. Yet I'm here because of it.

I'd encourage you to find something pleasant to do. Why not start your painting now?
