My Mosaic

We went to church this morning @Eve7 and now my brother and his partner are here for lunch. It’s hard, currently laying on my bed willing myself to go join everyone else. Fighting these thoughts inside me about eating lunch with the family, I haven’t eaten lunch in ages, let alone a meal in front of others, actually makes me feel sick.

I know it’s stupid and I don’t expect people to get it. Laying here wanting to cry, feel so alone and frustrated with where I am. Need to get myself together.

No need to be sorry at all @Eve7 last night was not good, I ended up chatting with a helpline, probably should of done that before things escalated to where they did and caving but oh well. I see the gp later, really anxious about that. I’ve barely been able to done anything she has asked of me.
