The Christmas period service closures can be anxiety provoking at the best of times, but it's really tough when you're struggling, I feel that. Please know that we are here with you. If you are free on Tuesday evening, the next Topic Tuesday will be addressing some coping strategies for dealing with the Christmas period –service closures, isolation, grief, anxiety and all the challenging things this time of the year throws at us. If you're keen to take part (I know things are hard right now so no pressure) just like this here post and I will be sure to tag you in on the night

Know what is really hard... torturous.... knowing that you have already done plenty of exercise today yet not being able to stop the urges are still there. Need to keep going.

She was out pretty quick @Jynx ! Way past her bedtime. Was scared tonight. Prob knows when I need the extra snuggles.

Yes @Bow your recollection is correct. Spinal injection was done on Thursday. Just have to wait and see if its going to provide any pain relief. So far, it hasnt. But still early days.

Scrolling Facebook as I often do tonight and came across a post from the local police area command... wanting any information in relation to an assault and robbery not far from where I live.

suddenly feel the wind knocked out of me. Flung back to that night earlier this year. Painful body sensations. Can't stop having the awful images playing over and over.

when will this ever stop???
