im always a bit nervous about starting a new med, never know how I will respond to it. This one can apparently make you dizzy. Just what I need when I already struggle with dizziness from my ED!

Still waiting for S1 @Bow I went for a drive so I didn’t have to pay an exhorbitant price for parking in CBD, unfortunately, I’ll be driving home in Friday afternoon traffic ugh!!

Do you have any weekend plans?

It's our free weekend (daughter doesn't go to her fathers) so we will do something over the weekend together. I see my dietitian tomorrow too.

our church hasn't gone back yet- we are in a school hall and the education department is yet to let community groups back into schools and I haven't actually logged on to the live stream in months.

I’ll go for a run in the morning @Bow @and meet friends for brekky after going to the markets.

I’ll try and get some gardening done too. I think we have rain forecast.

I’ll go to church as I haven’t been for a while and I need to reconnect.

Biggest challenge will be staying safe as I haven’t done too well lately.

Morning run sounds nice @Eve7 and breakfast after the markets good too! I like going to markets. We have some nice ones down here, Mum usually has a stall at a big one but they haven't started back up yet.

the disconnect has been hard with church hey? We just got a message from the school and we will be back as of next week. My anxiety went up. I'm not really keen to go back at all. And I certainly don't want to do the job that I am responsible for! Not in any place to do that.

gardening sounds nice too. I got some new plants last weekend that I need to sort out. Got some begonias, some cucumber seedlings and some succulents that I want to create a succulent garden with. Will put the cucumbers in and hope that the puppy doesn't destroy them!
