Thank you dear @Eve7 ive just finished with the pdoc. Waiting for her to write a letter to my gp to update her on my meds. She's given me something to hopefully help of a night, especially with the nightmares and some prn during the day.

she called my Mum. I didn't like that. But she said she needed to update her on my meds too since she is managing them. I didn't want Mum knowing about the nightmares but she told her! So angry. I hope Mum doesn't ask any questions when I get home.

That is hard that your pdoc told your Mum things you didn’t want shared @Bow

I hope the meds work for you and stop the nightmares. My pdoc increased my meds yesterday so I’m a bit behind today. I’ve just put on a load of washing and I’ll be driving S1 to his appt in Brisbane soon. Really hoping he gets the moon boot off and the all clear to drive again.

I can work remotely today but don’t know how I’ll find the time.

Thanks @Eve7 i worry about taking prn during the day. I don't want to be a zombie. I still need to be able to parent. And I hate that I have to ask my mum for them, I'm not sure I will.

Taking prn can be tricky @Bow so I try not to use it too much.

I took my increased dose of ad last night and I’m ok now. Trouble is I’ll have to take it earlier in order to wake up on time.

Just about to take S1 to his appt. Hope your afternoon goes ok.
