I have really over done it today. I'm exhausted and in pain. Want to just crawl into bed and cry. Dreading tomorrow. Knowing that I will just be faced with having to deal with the same as today. I am desperate for some relief. So depressed tonight

What sort of decoration do you have in mind?

@Anastasia I'm making a surprise cake- bit simpler than I normally do! When you cut it open the centre is full of sprinkles and lollies.

I've finished decorating the cake. It turned out ok. I let my daughter make something with the left over cake and icing and then she gave me some to eat. I ate a tiny piece and am now on the bike. I'm already anxious about the food that I have organised for her birthday picnic tomorrow. I really want to be able to enjoy my daughters birthday tomorrow but my ED is already screaming at me. And then to top things off my boss just had a box of donuts delivered to me. It was thoughtful of him, there was a thank you note. I've done zero work the last couple of weeks and very minimum for months. There really isn't anything to do. But they keep me on. They keep paying me. I shouldn't complain. But I do feel bad. And now I have even more sweets. Sigh.
