My Mosaic

I'm not suicidal today. And I'm in a weird scary head space. I'm just so incredibly over everything that if I continue to be in this space then maybe I could act. How do things just keep being so difficult? So hard? Why does it always feel this way?

It sounds like things are really tough right now, and I'm so sorry to hear of what you're going through and that you're struggling so much, though completely understandable given what's happened.

I'm also hearing though that you've taken steps to try to get supports, even though you didn't find them to be as effective as you might've hoped. Also reaching out to us here on the forums. I'm wondering if there are any other people around you at the moment?

Just keeping to myself. Everyone else has got their own stuff going on at the moment. Don't need to add to it. So much tension in this house and nothing I can do about it.
