Just watching the footy at the moment. Really don't know why I am, not interested in it.

That sounds nice, watching a movie with D. I miss those times when my kids were younger.

Do you support any teams @Snowie ? I've never really got into the footy. Grown men chasing a ball....

yes, I do enjoy movie nights with my d. I'm really not much of a fan of most animated movies, so it's nice when we find a decent movie that we both will sit and enjoy. She got tired towards the end and snuggled up with me.

I don't follow the footy much @Bow but there isn't much else on tv. Really just got it on in the background.

Snuggles are good hon, I wish mine would give me snuggles, but they are both teenagers so that won't be happening!!

Watching ambulance australia in the lounge room with my mum and want to run and hide. Way too triggering for me tonight. I sit and wonder what my Mum is thinking when they have the stories in there that they do. Wondering what she would think if I got up and went to bed? Would it be obvious? Want to cry.

Can you just say that you are tired and want an early night. You don't need to give a reason for why you want to go to bed.

@Snowie I really shouldn't watch it either especially so soon after an attempt. I seen it was on and should of got up sooner. It's triggered me badly. 😩

Well you can't turn back time hon @Bow so have already seen it.

All you can do is decide what t o do from here forward.

Can feel anxiety rising in my chest. I went and asked for my meds. I need them to work quickly. It doesn't feel good. Folks were sitting there talking about the calls that are a waste of paramedics times. Just like I feel all the times that they get called here. Makes me feel terrible. Waste of resources. Waste of time.
there was a story on there tonight very similar to what I tried to do recently. The person succeeded. Wish I had.

@Bow those shows would say so many things in the name of entertainment that are just not how it is in real life. I wish your mind would stop being so mean to you. You are worth it, every time.

I imagine it's really painful to sit with those thoughts, and to have this show bring it all rushing back to you. If it is helping to talk it out, I'm still listening.
