Have has a shower and gone up the supermarket. The kids need to stop eating so much!!😄😄

Now need to motivate myself to go for a walk with the dog.

Or I could stay here and talk to you and others.

My daughter is always hungry!! She eats so much too @Snowie good on you got getting to the shops and having a shower too. Did you manage the walk?

ive just got home from my dietitian appointment, was good to see her in person today. Always walk away feeling really challenged though. Sigh, it really is a sucky, shitty battle.

Didn't manage the walk today, but there is always tomorrow right?!

My dietitian is concerned about the amount of exercise I do. Says I need to cut back or increase my intake. And I need to spread it out throughout the day instead of all at once.
