I actually slept well last night. I think I woke at 4:30 in pain cause I had slept in the one position for so long and was a bit stuck with my bad back. Went back to sleep though. I think the recent adjustment in meds has really helped my sleep.

hope you all have an ok day with some light in it. I have an afternoon face to face appointment with my dietitian.
