My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

Hi @Bow . I'm just watching Carols By Candlelight on TV and I just wanted to know you are in my thoughts right now. I have briefly read that things have been tough with a hospital admission which obviously wasn't fun but was needed. I want you to know I care about you and hope you are going okay. You are a special person and you are a valued forum member.

Merry Christmas and take care wonderful @Bow

Re: My Mosaic

Sounds like a successful day and a productive psych consult. Well done on both counts @Bow 💝

Dont beat yourself up too much about not being completely open with your psych about the extra medications. What does matter is the fact that you no longer have access to them.

I once told my psych that I had flushed my stash of very strong pain killers down the toilet. When in fact I hadnt. I had been feeling suicidal at the time. Anyway I felt such a fraud for lying to her, that I went home and flushed the lot down the toilet. It does pay to be honest with those who are trying hard to help and keep us safe. 💝

The matching t-shirts for you and your daughter sound super cute.

Sleep well, eat sensibly and exercise carefully ... you are doing really well.

Good night beautiful precious @Bow

Thanks @Snowie @Emelia8 @Judi9877

@Emelia8 Ashamedly I do still have some. Sigh

ive just dropped my daughter off at her fathers- it truly sucks... I’d like to say more but won’t.

Today has been harder than I had expected. I’m going to go crawl into bed and hid the rest of the afternoon, it’s all I can face to do.

Re: My Mosaic

Not feeling ok today. My head is all over the place. these new meds are making me feel horrible. My eating has not be good and when I do I feel disgusting. This transition has been so hard. I keep having these moments of feel absolutely terrified. I needed to go have my bloods done today but just could not manage it. I am unsure how to keep doing this. How to face the days ahead.

Hey there @Bow,
