@Bow I get a webster pack each week. Then my husband puts it into the safe and gives me my meds on a daily basis. It has been that was for some time now, safe this way.

I've just been on the treadmill and done a work out too. Not liking how my body is feeling.

@Eve7 how did the rest of your gardening go?

I went out and checked our seedlings and gave them some water and checked the rest of my plants.

Well done for getting on the tredmill hon. It is hard to find that motivation at times.

The walk went well. The dog came back and slept so tired her out!!

Hopefully I can make myself go again tomorrow.

@Snowie I do feel better when I exercise. But yes it is so hard to find the motivation. I use to love getting up and going for a morning walk, but it's not in me at the moment, think it tells me something about where I'm at. I'm sure my dietitian will have something to say about me exercising when I see her tomorrow. I still haven't got medical clearance yet, I forgot to mention it to my gp yesterday 😩

got plans for the weekend @Snowie i keep forgetting that it's only Friday.

This was my first walk for quite awhile @Bow so hopefully I can keep going at least a few times a week. Will see how I go, just taking it one day at a time at the moment.

Haven't got many plans for the weekend, can't really do much due to lockdown. D has work Sat and Sun so will take her and pick her up, that is about it.

Yeah not really much planned either @Snowie with lockdown. Might do some washing tomorrow- how exciting!

That sounds about what I will be doing @Bow The washing never seems to stop!!
