My Mosaic

My Mosaic

My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

tagging you @Emelia8 cause you asked 🙂

Re: My Mosaic

I’ve showered and washed my hair @Bow . You’ve done so well vacuuming your room!

I understand about the meds as I don’t even get mine from my regular chemist as I feel so ashamed to even be taking them.

The jug has boiled. Do u want a cuppa? I’m going to do some gardening.

Re: My Mosaic

@Snowie My local chemist know me by name too. I feel like such a nuisance having to go in each week and get them dished out. So much extra work for them. I feel terrible.

I contemplated a walk this morning @Snowie but it hasn't happened and I think I will get on the treadmill later today...

a cuppa sounds good @Eve7 I need a shower too and to wash my hair, it feels gross. I'll do that shortly before I head to the shops. What kind of gardening will you do?

Re: My Mosaic

Treadmill is just as good as a walk hon @Bow

My chemist and the people who work their are always lovely to me, but I still feel embarassed going in their each week to pick up my meds.

I hope you get to the shower and shops today hon. Am going to go and take the dog for a walk.

Take care

Re: My Mosaic

I need to pull out some weeds @Bow then I’ll go to Bunnings later on and get some seedlings.

It’s show day here but I won’t be going to the show.

Currently listening to today’s Glad wrap. Sounds like they have a date for school to return. Feel sorry for the HSC kids.

Re: My Mosaic

Oh what kind of seedlings @Eve7 ? We planted a heap of veggies last weekend, cucumber, tomatoes, beans, snow peas and lotsa different lettuce.

I heard on the news last night about term 4 for kids, will have to have a listen to see what she says...

Re: My Mosaic

I haven’t decided yet @Bow maybe some salad greens. I have tomatoes growing out of the compost and I’ve just grown a pineapple. Your garden sounds great!

Re: My Mosaic

Guy at the chemist... not the usual one that does my meds asked why I don't get my meds Webster packed. I don't know. Maybe cause my meds change so much. Haven't gone more than a month before they get increased or something. And it's never been offered to me before. If Mum continues to do my meds why not just get the scripts filled and not worry about dishing them out weekly? I already feel like a nuisance, made the feel even worse today. 😩

Re: My Mosaic

Hi @Bow

I am sorry you feel that way hon.

I get my meds done in a webster pack each week but can understand it is hard to do when our meds can change a lot. If you are comfortable with your mum doing them and she is ok with doing them, then that sounds like a good way to me.

You do whichever way you want hon. You certainly are not a nuisance.

Re: My Mosaic

I don’t get mine Webster packed as I go to 2 different chemists @Bow S1 watches me take them and the mh meds are locked away but at least I’m not having the depo anymore.

I just cleaned the back patio so now sitting down.

Re: My Mosaic

What's depo @Eve7 ? A nice rest after cleaning the patio sounds good!

@Snowie I will chat with my gp next time I see her and see what she thinks about the medication. Mum will be fine to do it, just depends if my gp will allow it. When I'm in a better place, then Mum can give me the weeks supply at a time and keep the rest. Save me having to do the walk of shame. I'm glad you can get yours Webster packed, would make it easier each week.
