My Mosaic

I like mosaic art, I’ve never actually done any, but it intrigued me. Made up of hundreds of tiny pieces of stone, glass and ceramic. If you look at it close up it doesn’t really look like anything special, if anything it looks like a mess. But if you take a step back and view the whole picture- it’s a master piece. I guess it’s kind of like life. So many tiny parts, some messy if we look just at the one part. Some day i guess I’d hope that the mess of my life will at some point look half decent.

So here is part of my mosaic, bits and pieces kept tidy together 🙂

Thanks @Snowie up early this morning, actually woke heaps earlier than I needed to cause my back was spasming and I couldn’t find a position where I could relax my back muscles. Weird. Painful.

drove to launceston to pick my other brother up from the airport. Stopped at a raspberry farm to have fresh scones and jam. Not really doing much else. We’re all kinda just sitting around twiddling our thumbs. Going out for dinner later

Sorry about your back @Bow Hopefully it improves so you can get some better sleep.

Scones and jam sound yummy, haven't had them for ages.

My day ok. Woke up early and went to supermarket so it wasn't busy.

Haven't done much rest of day. Home alone.

I was googling an acupuncture mat early this morning @Snowie I was going to pack mine but forgot and I know you can get them from Kmart but the local one here is out of stock. Even searched on marketplace. Might keep looking.

fresh hot scones out of the oven are the best. So yum. Mum bought a huge jar of raspberry jam.

out to the supermarket early is always the best thing!

we are just back from a stroll down to the beach. And look what kind of beach we have

I bought a pocket full of rocks back and asked my brother who is a mechanic how much is my weight limit coming back home?! Mum was like there is no limit and my brother said yeah there’s a limit on your suspension.

D and I made this…. These were big rocks, way to big for artwork, but the petals were the perfect size
