checked into our airb&b unpacked a little bit and now I am on the couch in my pjs! Felt so good to take my shoes and socks off. It’s just D and I here now. Mum is staying with my brother and my other brother flys down tomorrow…. Gotta get up early to go to the airport to pick him up. And then he will either stay here with us, or he might stay with my brother and mum will come here.

im pretty wrecked this arvo. Been a huge few days.

oh @Snowie I remember reading that you had to cancel a snow trip this week? That sucks! Is there normally snow already? When are they expecting it now? Or no idea?

Pj's sound nice. You've had a few big days with the drive to Melb and then the ferry across, some down time is probably what is needed.

We were meant to go to the snow yesterday. They've had snow in the last 24hrs, but not enough to open ski lifts. The people we normally go with pulled out so we did too. I was looking forward to a 'break'.

Had pdoc (by phone) this morning. Not much has changed since last time. Upped a med again.

Do you have another trip booked soon @Snowie ?

We have a few weekends @Bow booked in but not for a long period.

For years we have gone up at this time for about 10 days.

It's hard to find another block of time that we can go when there is nothing on.

Urgh that sucks @snowie I’m sorry it’s turned out that way… with something you were looking forward to.

just having some toast for dinner tonight. Maybe a yoghurt later. There is bread and milk in the fridge and other random things… never sure if they are there for us to consume. We did a shop before we checked in.

Toast sounds nice. Haven't even thought of dinner. I rarely cook Friday nights. Normally just left overs.

A phrase just came out of my D’s mouth that I have never heard her say before….. ‘would you like me to do the dishes?’ 😂 😂 😂 I of course said yes please
